"Check in was a breeze thanks to Christina who was beyond friendly and welcoming. So was Jeffrey at the Bar and Grill. Our room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean, parking was safe, poolside was lovely and kept up really well - didn't see a single speck of trash anywhere on the grounds or hallway. It's an older resort, but you can't beat the service, price or location. We'll be back next year!"

"The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded. "

"Parking was very easy, just pull into the garage and give them your name. Check in was very easy and I was even able to check in early (a little after noon). Room was pretty standard. We had 2 queens with a balcony (no view). They are building a new hotel next to it and our view was of the construction. The big bummer was that the Crows nest is advertised as the best place to watch the sunset and the sunset isn't even visible from their location in February. Overall a pretty decent hotel but...
