"Only negative comment: When I paid $11 for the 2 breakfasts and saw that it was a buffet when registering, I thought, good, that will be quick in the morning. Turns out it was a "grab and go" from the store. I got the tickets for breakfast in my room key envelope when registering, but didn't bother to take them out until I went to the buffet the next morning. The maitrd pointed out the situation on the ticket. Not a major problem, but suggest that the counter person point out exactly what you're getting for the pre-paid breakfast at check-in."

"We stayed here 1 night before leaving for a cruise. I will start by saying I was a little apprehensive about booking due to the reviews. Two thing's echoing was small rooms, and the technology since almost everything is operated by the iPad or their app. We had no issues at all working technology (lights, blinds, heat/air, tv, etc). We actually really liked the different settings. Cruise rooms are on the smaller side so this room size was no big deal. I love how cute, cozy, and, clean the hotel was. There’s quite a few things to do inside. The pool area was nice & during happy hour the speciality drinks were $8 each. The food/pastries are very yummy as well. I gave a 4 star rating due to heat issues in the room, however the front desk rep was super nice, offered extra blankets & a small heater I had to get from the front desk. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend & return. "
