"Well situated to see London sights and very close to Tube Station. Food was very good both breakfast and evening meal. Good value for money. Lifts not always working and its a long way to 8th floor! Was told on arrival we had been upgraded along with our friends. They did have an upgrade and we didnt! Paid the same prkce, booked at the same time, arrived together so that was quite odd! "

"Currently (Dec 2024) there is scaffolding up so no views out the windows and entrance is a bit hidden. Easy distance to the river and several routes to get into the city. "

"Friendly and attentive staff. Hotel and room were very clean. Good breakfast. Good overall atmosphere at the hotel with other guests and excellent location for the O2. Only slight issue was the air con was noisy at times."

"Excellent customer service. The room was fine but the second bed(coach bed) was broken and they knew abouts it no action being taken"

"Clean single bed, kettle and supplies, and en suite which was all I needed. Breakfast was included but was DIY so I didn't bother. This provided a decent option in the area I wanted to stay. Easy walk to Tooting Broadway tube. I did feel the mattress could do with being firmer."
