"They never clean the room in all my stay "

"Room was clean, nicely finished, great view. The breakfast was underwhelming. Bit of a walk to the nearest tube station."

"The room was great! The staff was helpful, although for a minute at the front desk they couldn't find my reservation. I was able to check in a few hours early because there was a room already available. They came while we were out that same day and made up the couch as a bed for our kids to sleep on. The only thing about the room was that although there was a closet right in front of the door for coats and such, there wasn't a dresser in the room to store our clothes in so we just kept our suitcases open on the floor to grab stuff out of. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING."

"Disappointed. Room was ok but felt tired, drain smell when we arrived from blocked sink, extractor fan in bathroom not working, charge point in bathroom not working. Reported to reception, sink was sorted, but other points not. Expected better quality room from what is shown on website."
