"I did not enjoy my stay here, in terms of the room. The mattress was missing and I was forced to sleep on a box spring only. The floors could've been cleaner, extra towels & wash cloths should have been provided! There was insufficient toilet paper, as well. Then on top of that, I was asked to bring my trash out the room to dispose of it. It should be included within a cleaning once I vacate, even with this being a short term rental! The info regarding that request was not provided when I made...

"Loved the decor and design features within the hotel rooms and general areas. Good room facilities all well designed included an awsome shower! Friendly staff in a quiet location.Would highly recommend although you nay have to commute to some of the London tourist attractions "

"My visit to the property is the worse thing that happened to me in 2024, a very sad experiences that i ended up booking another apartment after staying in front of the apartment for over four hours without anyone or anybody letting me despite booking my reservations about two months before my arrival. The apartments should be banned from all hospitality App, they are disgrace to hospitality sector."

"Great property, far better than a hotel room. Clean, well furnished and good, safe location. Fabulous views of the Shard from the roof terrace Only concern was the street is very noisy all day and night but as long as you’re prepared for that this apartment is ideal"

"Excellent, the waiting/reception area is full of people making the place feel vibrant and the mattress, linens, and pillows were all clean. I gave it 4/5 stars because some of the bathrooms were pretty dirty. People would leave trash out of the bins and or leave clothes around without picking up after themselves. Perhaps not a reflection of the staff themselves, but I wish something could’ve been done there. Otherwise the reception/hosts were incredibly receiving and very friendly. "

CitizenM hotel, awesome hotel and fantastic staff

"Fantastic location for quickly getting into central London. Great bars and cafes nearby and walking distances to St Paul’s, Tate Gallery, The Globe, Shard and Borough Market to name a few. The hotel and staff was excellent and fantastic friendly service even at 11pm at night for a delicious homemade pizza.. Well done CitizenM we will book again for sure "
