"Great place to stay nice room with a great view and very nice bathroom also had a small fridge with 2 cans of complimentary water also plenty of tea and coffee etc it was great to have the choice of using the kettle (could do with descaling) or Nespresso machine. Check in was great very friendly member of staff who explained everything, there was a nice area for breakfast also plenty of places to eat out. Outside the hotel were a couple of bus stops so great for those of us who do not drive....

"Richard and Simon were great hosts. The hotel is in a fantastic location - 2 mins to local shops and cafes, 5min walk to the pier, 10mins to the lanes and 15mins to the Brighton Centre. On street parking with temporary permits available from the hotel and managed to get a space just outside the property.
