"This property was disgusting. I only checked in for one night but the WIFI didn’t work the entire time, there were bodily fluid stains all over the couch and chair that was never cleaned off. Also found blood on one of the pillows. It makes me think that this place doesn’t thoroughly clean the room or wash the sheets because why would they if it seems clean? My husband and I felt gross the entire time and it was hard to sleep. I relayed the info to the staff and they gave me $6 as compensation. Really??!! I wouldn’t even be able to afford a drink at their restaurant downstairs with $6. Poor service with poor staff and management. Front desk kept complaining that she’s the only one and she’s busy like a chicken cut off her head. Low staffed and rude. Also, their “free breakfast” was not up to par with cold eggs, cold buiscuits and gravy, and ham. Who eats these things cold? Yuck, no thanks. "

"The property is nice, but dated. I only had a fridge in my room…and the pillow were very flat. Beautiful view of downtown or the mountains. Finally it’s right downtown great for walking around."

"About all I liked about the room was the heated toilet seat. The view was of the dirt cut out of the hill behind the hotel when they built it. A cliff about 10' from the windows. The furnishings were bad. On one of the chairs the arms would pull off when you moved it. The service at the restaurant was terrible. The sausage was cold but the plate was warm not hot, I had to get up twice to get more coffee. Wouldn't eat there again. "

"Breakfast is minimal. But since I don’t eat breakfast, that’s good. Coffee was awesome. The room was great. I will definitely be looking at more Sparks by Hilton when I travel to stay in and I would definitely stay at this one again."

"Beautiful property. Easy walking distance to Broadmoor Arena, the movie theater, Target, and some restaurants. Right off the highway. My room had a few problems. The bathroom door needs to be planed, as it grazes the floor. Toilet sits a bit too low for me. The convenient side outlets on the little table between the beds did not work. Other than a few hiccups, it was a very nice hotel and most of what I expected from a Double Tree Hilton. Very clean and the lobby area was very classy. Breakfast was nice. There's a menu option or the buffet and a Starbucks. Enjoyed my stay very much."

"The rooms are spacious and clean. Great view from our window. We were passing through and wanted to visit Garden of the Gods. We found the hotel close to the interstate and also very close to Garden of the Gods. Am very happy we booked a return stay as we head back home. "
