"Myself and my colleague stayed over for a training event we had in birmingham, this was a fab hotel rooms basic but clean which is all you need, fabulous places for transport links and shops (which we were able to go have a wee look at), breakfast was beautiful with plenty opitions and the reception/bar area was lovely and welcoming."

"I booked here for a stop during our trip to crufts. Was very tidy and nice hotel, the staff were ok the first night but then the second day there was a problem with a payment for car park so we received a note under the door. It was the staff the day before that didn’t process the payment properly. The member of staff called Gemma went above and beyond on the second day she needs to be commended. Thankyou! "

"From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff and the service of this hotel was fantastic. They were happy and extremely helpful. My husband is gluten free and they cater for his needs at breakfast with kindness. It made his stay pleasant and inclusive. The hotel had been done up since we last stayed and it's been nicely transformed. Leisure facilities weren't amazing but staff were still very helpful Room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed."
