Over all hotel was good with friendly and helpful staff especially in the dining area. However our room was extremely noisy with air conditioning units right out side the window - it did not help that the windows are single glazed and offer no sound protection what so ever!! We where also astonished that when checking out we had to pay a car parking fee (£10 per night) Not sure why they are charging guest to park their car when they are already paying a substantial fee to stay in the hotel!!!

It was a lovely place to relax and have a lovely little weekend away. The pool/ hot tub are a perfect place to relax after a long day of shopping.

Hotel clean pleasant and very accessible facilities Food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for the chef and staff serving. Overall a great hotel.
I stay in this hotel often with work and the service is alwasy great, but Josh on reception was particulary lovely when we checked in yesterday. We upgraded to a suite which was large and spacious, and the bed was huge! However, it was a little tired and the patio was rather uninspiring with no furniture or plants and so we didn't actually use it despite the weather being glorious. Overall this is a good hotel, the breakfast is great and the staff are all very couteous and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, but for the premium suite, I had expected a little more luxurious room with a more premum feel.
