"Great customer service! The hotel room was modern and comfortable. Loved the 24/7 free lobby snack bar (cookies, croissants, wine, coffee, tea, beer, soft drinks, etc.) The mini bar in your room is also free. In addition, they have a free brunch buffet and dinner buffet ( it’s Hors d'Oeuvres, but still nice). The rooms have heated towel racks and a bidet. The overall experience was nice."

"The property is 7 blocks away from milano centrale train station.when we arrived from the airport, you can take the train, cheaper at 13 euros per person, in comparison to 120 from Malpensa. We did not know how close the hotel was took a taxi 7.60 euros from station. The hotel is well kept, the staff is very helpful, you can have dinner there and breakfast too for a fee. We ended up using the bar to eat as the sandwiches were more economical and really tasty. The employees on this two section...

"In general I like this hotel. It was my second stay there. They have a lovely breakfast and the area is very good for both walkability and transportation. I did have an issue with the curtains in my superior room. They would not close over the dramatic double height window, so sleeping was going to be a problem. They were only able to downgrade my room due to current availability, but I did have a good nights sleep and I would recommend room 403, which is a standard double."
