"The hotel is charming and centrally located. Sintra is a beautiful city with many enchanting palaces to see. The city is very walkable. In Sintra, the Uber and taxi fares' costs were reasonable. Ella, our hotel receptionist, gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. The buffet breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend the Sintra Boutique Hotel if you are visiting Sintra, Portugal."

"The location was great. Easy to get to the main attractions in Sintra. The breakfast was nice especially a great view in the dinning area. I liked the extra large bed! The rooms are older and worn, it needs an update! Even though it was summer weather in November , the heat was on! Didn’t sleep well the first night bec it was stuffy and warm. "This place is a dump. Do not stay here, and don’t trust the reviews that say otherwise! This place might have been great in the 90s, but that’s the last time anything was maintained and/or cleaned thoroughly. Our first room was dark and filthy, and located on the maintenance side of the property. So we went to the front desk to ask to get moved since most rooms were sitting empty. The second room was just as bad. Shower doors were falling off and the shower head was broken. The wooden closet...
