"Booked and stayed at the very last minute as our flight from Gatwick was cancelled and our replacement flight was from Heathrow!! Perfect choice of hotel. After a very stressful day it was great to relax in the hotel - staff were so friendly, room lovely and clean and it had everything we needed. Easy to get an Uber to the airport or there is a bus stop right outside the hotel if you prefer public transport. Not sure if there are places to eat in the vicinity but we used Uber Eats"

"The staff were very kind and the breakfast was good. The room was clean but too small to open a suitcase. It was convenient for sightseeing as it was close to the bus stop and subway station. Overall, I think it is a very good hotel."

"Lovely hotel. Reception & staff for breakfast were great. Room size was fine. Bathroom size was tiny(but was stated in other reviews), so we knew. No air con, so was hot(fan supplied in room), helped but very warm trying to sleep. Things we knew before hand, so not a complaint but would be a higher rating if rooms had air con. "

"Lovely hotel. Needs a little refresh, but the room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the bridge! The window opened which was great for some fresh air! The concierge was over the top friendly and helpful. Excellent location in London. Close to Tower of London and the tube also. "
