"Despite lots of negative reviews we enjoyed our stay here decent check in pleasant lady - room was set up for family but it didn’t hinder anything copious amounts of hot water bath and shower available. Hotel is going through refurbishing so you get what you pay for- car parking is £5 so not out of the way-bar and food prices are reasonable. We used it purely as a stop over for Leeds Bradford Airport due to forecast bad weather conditions. It met expectations !!"

"When we arrived we were given room 12 but upon opening the door it was filled with builders rubbish. We then waited for a while and the manger came to see us saying he only had 1 other room but it has no hot water. He said we could use the spa for free and was very helpful and kind. He said he will re fund half our money back which I’m not sure how this happens as I still havent had this. If I get my money back I would definitely come again and we did have a really nice time "

"We have stayed here before it’s a small but lovely hotel, I would recommend it to friends and family. Nice firm beds which suit me well. The food is lovely in the bar/restaurant, the staff are lovely and attentive. Only problem was we were told when my husband phone in advance that all rooms have walk in showers but our room is shower over the bath which I am unable to use due to my disability that means I can only wash in the sink 😣"

"Ok so I arrived by road bike with Cheese ! Derrek was very friendly and stowed my bike and put my cheese in the fridge ! I arrived late as had been to football in Leeds..Derrick told me the bar was open till 2am !!! The hotel is 150 years of amazingness. Great location downhill to the town including parade park and RHS Harlow Carew garden.Turkish baths were awesome , great Tapas .Hotel breakfast excelkent.£180 for 3 nights Room and breakfast. Nice bath in room Good running round Parade Park...
