We stayed here because we were going to an event at the convention centre. It was perfect. Parking was really easy and convenient under the hotel and there is a discounted parking rate for guests. Staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Our only issue was that the shower I. Our room didn't work properly, it was cold no Matt what we did.It was sorted swiftly though. Would definitely stay here again

This was a lovely, clean hotel with rooms over 11 floors. Ours was on the 10th so we had a lovely view across Harrogate to the hills in the distance. The room was a good size with a huge bathroom. Toiletries and coffee tray were of good quality and the mini geidge held complimentary water and KitKats. The only downsides to the hotel as a whole was that it was just too hot. We turned the air conditioning on in our room and it turned itself off. The common areas were very hot too. Drinks in the bar were very expensive. Our main negative was the parking. Location wise, it was perfect but we felt quite unsafe walking through it, from our car to the hotel, as there were no pedestrian walkways. We literally had to walk down the car ramps to get from one level to another.

This is a dump considering it is adjacent to the convention center. Room was large but that is about its only positive element. Reception staff was spotty. They refused to help arrange for transport from the train station to the hotel even though we were paying for it. This was an ordeal to say the least. They have no concierge. They offered £20 vouchers for meals for value of £25 in food. We got 2 vouchers expecting a value of £ 50. They are disingenuous and dishonest. On checking out , our dinner cost £46 so the vouchers could not be used since now the required a minimum of £ 50. Stay away from this property We got 2
