"At first no hair dryer - had to go to front desk to get one. One of the electrical outlets (by the bed) did not work. Informed the front desk."

"Check in was good, hotel room was very basic, and needed some updates, doors scratched up needing repainted, stains on the bedskirt, curtains and lounge chair..stayed 3 nights, did not have housekeeping come in the room but when we went to ask for extra towels were told that they have a towel shortage...swimming area was nice but trees surrounding area were loosing leaves into the pools and hot tub....no continental breakfast, had small items to individually purchase. "
