"The price was greatt, bed linens and pillows great. The desk chair (only chair) needs to be gone. Torn and dirty spots, the only off putting thing with the experience. The shower curtain had a small hole, not a real problem. The shower had a weak control but pressure and temp was great. Very limited breakfast choices. Loved the bubbler of water."

"Arrived at 8pm, long line for check in, girl at front desk did excellent job for customer service but was the only one there working. She was trying to check in and take care of issues at same time. THIS TRU NEEDS MORE STAFF AT NIGHT. Got to room and tv would not come on during March madness so had to go back down and wait in line to ask about tv not working. She said multiple times that kids plug in all their accessories so I need to check all the connections because they don’t plug everything...
