Go to precheck in online as the text prompts you to do? Have a work call at 11:30 thinking you could pay the extra $20 for 1pm check out and take the call in the room? Sweet. Until 11:01 comes around and you're harrassed to get out because "nobody told me" when the gentleman i checked in with confirmed late checkout. Housekeeping knocking on the door, calls, all "when are you checking out?!?!" Check your reservation, and what you charged me for.

We were the only ones checking in and it took a while for the gentleman to find a room once he did the room he assigned was in use. The room not very clean. The coffee for dark roast clearly wasn’t working as it was like water

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet, and I was able to get work done in my room without loud interruptions. I would recommend this location for the close drive to the national park and shopping, too.

The location and our room was very nice and so convenient. Lindsey at the front desk was very helpful. Lindsey picked a great location on our room to accommodate my older mother and aunt on the first floor near the lobby. The view in the back was trees and picnic bench. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner kept our comfortable for everyone in our party. The lobby area was clean and maintained. The hotel was maintained in a Wyndham standard. Thank you again Lindsey for all your help. The breakfast was good and many choices.

The staff was very friendly desk and breakfast staff. Our room was mostly clean the sink could’ve used a little better scrub. A chunk of the drywall near the tub needs repaired. The tv needs replaced, it had white or dulls spots throughout the flat screen.

This location is within 6 min of my Dr.'s office and its a nice clean place to stay when you need to use the ARH hospital and is located on a major road.
