"This was a great trip! Morning coffee was great. My daughter and her friend thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Our room was comfortable and clean. My only heads up is the toilet - it was the loudest flushing toilet I've ever heard! I could hear other toilets flushing too."

"We chose the property because it had space available last minute for a spontaneous trip to Santa Cruz. The location was a nice short walk to downtown and several nice restaurants. The room was clean and nicely appointed. We only spent one night and did not use anything else on the property other than the room. We did notice that there were people partying and making a lot of noise. It didn't bother us because we were far enough away. I don't think anyone was supervising the property to make sure other guests weren't inconvenienced. If you are looking for a quiet place, this may not be your best choice."

"I love that it was only 10 mins walk from the boardwalk. Dogs are welcomed. Staff were nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. The upgrade price wasn’t that bad. Quiet place and area. Pool and hot tub were available. They should bring the breakfast back and have the coffee machine available 24/7 especially it’s always cold in santa cruz. We loved our stay and we recommend the hotel for sure! "
