"The property is beautiful; the rooms are spacious and pretty. The rooftop is beautiful, but the restaurant is a bit pricey for the options around. It was odd that some employees did not speak Spanish. But these are minimal issues. I would recommend it."

"Hotel was very clean so was the room. It was close walking distance to the beach. Food and amenities were in walking distance. Definitely staying there again. Plus no resort fee."

"Overall excellent place ,convenient to dining and shops for other needs . Staff was great specially Keagan at front desk. Room was quiet and amazing view from 7th floor . Will definitely stay here again. Only downfall was front entrance parking for checking. "

Hopefully this time we can use the pool and splash pad area (when we went there was an event and it was closed but you were still able to use the hotel at the sister property across the street). "

"I might say you get what you pay for. Normally I stay at Nomada Beach hostel, but since I was on a shoestring I went the budget route with Casa Santurce. It was a low key place but the bunk rooms are cramped, and their is no kitchen. For a few dollars more at Nomada you get a pool, a nice kitchen, much better showers, and many different sitting areas. I'd suggest that Casa Santurce make this more cooking friendly, and also provide a few more places to sit."
