"We enjoyed our stay in one of the San Agustin apartments. The apartment let us feel like we lived in San Juan. It had a nice common room area with a sofa and dining table. It had a kitchen, shower, and two bedrooms. The location was very convenient. It was a 15-minute walk to Old San Juan, and about a 7-minute drive to some great eating spots in Santurce. The complimentary parking was also great. Staff was very helpful."

"Is a wonderful location at condado you can find everything on walking distance. Beach, restaurants, bars, stores and transportation. The rooms were very nice and clean always ac in the building. Only thing was dirty and abandoned was the terrace and the patio. The first 2 days of my stay I had no water on my apartment for the second night I ask them to please lend me a bathroom in another room and they did so I can take a shower and finally the move me to a room were the water was working...

It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. "The apartment was okay. what I like is it was accessible to the beach and there was a store close to go grocery (driving was 3 minutes) there is a walgreen. What I did not like was we have a leaking shower that was not fix when reported and the AC is noisy, the owner should upgrade to mini split which is way better. If you dont mind the noise is all good. "

I recieved a message from staff early offering to store our luggage if needed and again before we checked out which i thought was very kind.
