"Everything first class. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciated our luggage being taken to and from our room. Standard room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Enjoyed using the coffee machine and appreciated the excellent breakfast tea and china teapot. Lovely biscuits and complimentary gin too. Also liked the chocolates and handwritten postcard for my husband's birthday, a nice gesture. Made full use of the spa facilities the following morning namely the pool, jacuzzi and relaxation room. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"Lovely hotel. Very quiet despite city location. Very helpful stuff especially in the restaurant where the food was delicious. Clean comfortable room. Bed was slightly hard for me but that's personal preference. Room was a bit chilly but was immediatley corrected by staff. Spa was really nice and clean. Excellent location, very happy with my choice and would definitely recommend. "
