"Everything about inside the hotel was good the only thing that wasn`t in line with the interior was the exterior and the car park both of these need to be refurbished and then the place would be nice right throughout. I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant gentleman at the reception desk and also had my room upgraded, so that was a nice uplift to my experience."

"Primary check in was good, receptionist was very pleasant. Rooms seemed absolutely fine on arrival, i had plans, so wasnt in the room long. On my return, admittedly late in the evening, the front doors were locked and there was no way to gain entry using keycard. There was, however, a doorbell.
