"I found it an excellent hotel, but I have a few comments: 1. One of the blinds would not close. It had been temporarily fixed in the "up" position so could not be lowered. I called housekeeping and they fixed it by cutting two cords leaving it permanently down. Why could this not have been fixed correctly much earlier. 2. The shower has two shower heads. The rainfall head leaked from its attachment to the ceiling making water run across the ceiling. We could not use that attachment, but...

"This hotel was truly amazing! The Kyo restaurant was exceptional and we visited there frequently during our stay. The hotel location was perfect as was the room and service from the staff. The ONLY thing I would change is the lighting in the room, which I felt to be a bit dim. "

"Clean, nice hotel. Amenities are nice. Front desk staff very good and hospitible. Gym and pool are good size. Only thing needed would be more staff in dining area. Very long waits for orders, food, and service but staff wonderful. Just need more staff. Thanks for a nice stay. "
