"The hotel was shut down 3 months ago. I use Expedia to book because on International experience. I was dropped off by taxi with 3 bags in front of the hotel. Closed for the last 3 months. Dangerous area. I am not unfamilar with Cebu as I have lived here for 6 years. This was dangerous and unable to get taxi. Grab Uber would not come to the ara at 10pm. I finally had friend drive one hour to pick me up at midnight. Please refund. "
