"Ease of access from train station. Room was big, the biggest one for our 15 nights trip in Japan. Sound proof was great as couldn't hear anything from the train tracks despite the distance. "Everything was poor. For Japanese standar I felt like staff was tired or not happy doing their job. Checking time was 4 P.M. while in other hotels was 3 P.M. I arrived at 3:10 and they did not let me in. A lady was going to give the key but a young man told her that was not the time for checking in. I saw other people registering before 4 and letting them in, so I felt disappointed. The room was very small."
