"Only stayed for one night during our layover. The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that they couldn't find our reservation made through a worldwide third-party travel site. We had to wait too long around 22:00 for them to find it even though I provided confirmation of booking through my app. When you've flown quite a bit and are tired it's not ok to make people wait like this. "Disappointing. Not the same hotel exterior that was pictured in the advertisement. Typical oldschool dive Chinese hotel. Rockhard beds. Stench of stale smoke prevails in all the rooms. Generally worth about half the price paid for it. You are paying for location and the free shuttle to and from the airport"

The hotel's a bit old, leaky pipes/shower heads etc. Was put on ground floor, so I was worried someone's gonna climb through the window to steal things. It's not as close to Pudong airport as I initially thought. Taxi ride was RMB100! "
