Bathroom floor can get very slippery even with the bath mat. Instead of a slick tile on the floor, maybe something with texture would’ve been better. The staff were absolutely tremendous, helping us with the laundry and ordering food for delivery from restaurants outside the property. Great location nearby to Disney and they provide free shuttle to/from Disney.

Maybe I underestimated China, but the staffs here were extremely kind and helpful. I lost my phone in the taxi and 4 staffs came and helped me to find them by calling all places. Taxi driver requested 500 yuan to return (which was insane but I had to, to get the phone back). The hotel has shuttle that is very convenient and I returned to hotel at 4pm from Disney to rest and went back to Disney at 7pm. Very nice. I'd return here and stay again! Thanks again for those who helped me to find my phone!!

Terrible location the shuttle sucks morning around the area. Stay at the other hotel next to Costco that has a lot of dining and tea options also this pool was closed and the self serve laundry was closed! They should have warned us in advance! I would not return to this hotel also they don’t speak any English staff is not helpful or friendly. I don’t recommend trust me I travel a lot and this was one of the worst locations. The shuttle is only certain hours and the pickup at the airport was a nightmare we ended up catching a cab which cost a lot.

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting disney. Checked in late, there were eye drops left in the bathroom and hair in the shower. Second day the glass which we used wasn’t cleaned and just left on the counter. The staff are not very friendly and can’t be bothered to help you. Didn’t even tell us our room numbers when checking in, had to ask. The lifts take ages to come, breakfast was nothing special. There are a few fresh stations where they cook Chinese food and the two elderly staff there were the nicest we encountered. Very limited English amongst the staff and google translate is blocked in China so had to use the staffs device to communicate which they hesitantly use.

Convenient to Disney and pudong airport

Hotel is near Pudong airport, have free shuttle bus to and fro airport, Disney and to Bund. The hotel is a little rundown and not very well-maintained. Bed and pillows are too soft. Cleanliness is also so-so. But the service of staff is good.

This place is a bit far. Convenient is they have free shuttle servce to and fr airport. Disneyland is nearby. If you are going disney this is the best choice. 1 night business stay

I choosed the hotel due to proximity to Pudong Airport. Hotel is nice, not too many people spoke English but with the translator it worked well. Breakfast was pretty pretty basic for a Novotel. During breakfast I couldn't see any sign that omelet was an option, I asked if it was an option and the guy named "commi" got kind of angry and went to do it. i was quite surprised he got mad from a simple question. besides that the brief stayed was ok. Also during check in, I asked about the options of the shuttle to the airport and I was shown a table with options at 07:00 and 10 am. i found out there were shuttled at 08:00 and 9 am also but not shown on the table. i had to book a transport which could've been avoided by taking the 08 or 09 am bus.

Staff need some training

The entrance to the car park is under construction and therefore unable to access. We called reception and someone came outside to guide us to another entrance. The check-in was quick but no one explained anything to us about the pool or breakfast or parking. Our room was spacious and clean. We went downstairs to use the pool and there was no one on the desk to welcome us. We got to the pool and a lady ran after us to insist our baby who cannot swim (she’s 1) needs to ‘follow the rules’ and wear a swim cap. We tried to explain that she wasn’t going to swim, only us (who have caps already), she was only going to sit on top of her floating seat which we showed her but the lady was adamant so we were forced to buy the baby an adult swimming cap and put it on her tiny head. The pool is nice but has black ripped tarp hanging over the top which is an eye-sore. We then had trouble after we checked out as the security guard insisted we pay for parking even although we were staying at the hotel so had to call reception to ask them for help. This is our second stay there but we had a lot of bad luck and trouble this time and because of this I don’t think we would stay again.

虹橋空港＆浦東空港やディズニーランドへのシャトルバスが本数も多くて便利でした 地下鉄駅からは、ゆっくり歩いても７分ほどで 夜、１０時頃に歩いても怖くなかったです 特に、帰国日は大雨だったので地下鉄駅まで歩かなくていいので助かりました ちょうどプールの営業が始まった日（6/20）だったからか？泳いでる人はいなくて、水もキレイで気持ち良かったです！ ただスイミングキャップが必須なので持って行きましょう（忘れても売ってます） タオルや更衣室もあり便利です リゾートのプールとスポーツクラブを足したような感じ プールバーはないけど、チェアやパラソルはあります エコ対策の為、歯ブラシなどのアメニティは部屋には無くフロントでもらうスタイルです フロントには、お水やコーヒースナック菓子も置いていました 空港まで迎えに来てもらうときは、 バス乗り場をメールで送ってくれるので 必ずチェックインの２４時間前までに連絡をして下さい！ 私達は虹橋空港第１ターミナルでしたので 地下鉄で虹橋駅（２つ目）まで行き 駐車場Ｐ９（バス専用駐車場）へ行きました 荷物を取って出た所で上海パスを買い、地下鉄駅へ行きましたが、そこまで１０分は掛かります 虹橋駅を降りてからは、送ってもらった写真の通りに行きましたが、行くまでには不安なので余裕をもって行った方がいいです ホテルの前にファミマやリーズナブルな中華レストランもあるので便利でした。 また泊まりたいと思います

ディズニーリゾートに行く場合は素晴らしい立地です。 また、日本人慣らされているので、言葉がわからなくても大丈夫です。 部屋も広いのですが、掃除等は微妙なところ。洗面台やシャワーブース、窓など汚れが目立つところは結構ありました。 日系ホテルやマリオット等と比べるとここら辺は数段劣る印象です。 サービスは素晴らしかったです。
