"This hotel is well located with an airport shuttle.and shuttle service to the train station and a local mall. Decent restaurant with mostly buffets. Vegetarian food very limited. Large comfortable room. Excellent prices when I was there. Used by crew of several airlines- Singapore, Sri Lanka... I also stayed at the larger Nikko Narita, and preferred the location, ambiance and rooms of this hotel instead. "

"We stayed in the updated family suite with tatami beds. It had a peaceful feel and ambiance. We slept well on the mats. The customer service was excellent. They took care of us immediately when we stepped out of the elevator, sending our luggage onto the airport shuttle and informing us of the correct terminal for our airline. The airport shuttle bus was a wonderful service that was provided at no additional cost. The 24 hour store on site was very convenient to pick up everything we needed during the night and before leaving each day."
