"Lovely welcome from Madison in reception who understands what hospitality should be and tries very hard (and succeeds!) in providing it. Stayed in a junior suite which was clean, comfortable, quiet and perfect for our needs. Will have no hesitation in returning. "

"The Spa Hotel is spacious and has very nice restrained decor. Our room, booked for a 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration was very large and very comfortable. It was warm and WiFi worked ok though the signal was a little weak in our part of the hotel. We were able to log into our netflix account using the large TV and it worked very well. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options available. The staff throughout were very pleasant and helpful. We didn't use the Spa but the range of treatments and the facility looked very good."

"Greeted by a very helpful Nicole, who also took dinner order and dealt with dietary requirements. Rooms modern and clean. You have to pay to park but car park is very close. Location very close to the town centre."
