"Very Spacious (Superior two-bedroom apt). Amazing views from the ninth floor. Had everything appliance we needed. Never even need to resupply from the community cabinets. The blinds are not private enough. If you have lights on inside, you can see through easily. The bathroom has a thicker set of blinds but poses the same problem. It's embarrassing to be seen across from other apartment buildings. Also there were some electrical issues in our bedroom/bathroom. The exhaust fan in the bathroom...

"Amazing customer service! I didn’t get the email to start the process of being able to get into the apartment and stayed on the phone until I got my codes. They don’t have front desk so that was very helpful, he made sure I’d be able to get into the apartment. Getting to the hotel was simple and easy. "We loved the location in River North with shops around plenty of nice restaurants. Walkable and good buses around. Apartment was very nice, we were 5 adults. A bit noisy because of bar nearby ( it depends of your tolerance to noise. Some of us were disturbed some heard nothing). We enjoyed our stay !"

"Great apartment, we were given an extra bedroom which we used as a wardrobe. Well equipped, modern and well decorated. Full cooker, fridge freezer, microwave. We were provided with tablets for laundry and dishwasher. Washing up.liquids, towels and toilet roll. Great shower. Loved the location. We enjoy cities and walking. Trains a very short walks (several L stations). Target was a 15 minute walk, great independent coffee shop 2 mins from entrance. We will use Sonder again. "

"All conditions (like the deposit) should be clear in the description. This is not a hotel or a hotel, it's a private place. All this should be clear at the moment of reservation. The property was good enough but the communication with the host was troublesome. And the price is not that low. I will look for a hotel next time. "

"I need to somewhere to stay for a night in Chicago and found this place. It had a varying level of reviews but found the property more the suitable for what I paid. Easy to follow instructions to get in, clean, and convienent. They even provide ear plugs to drown out the sounds of the city."

"Suite was immaculate with impressive assortment of amenities including bowl of snacks & bag of ice in the freezer, nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower, dish soap, tabs for dishwasher & laundry detergent for in-suite laundry, sound machine. Full size gas stove & fridge/freezer. They just need to figure out how to configure for a larger bed.
