Our flight was delayed and we missed the office hours however, the staff walk us through remote check-in. The property is very clean and newly renovated/upgraded. Multiple cafe and seafood restaurants on the other side of the building. The area is quiet and safe.

Quaint hotel room with a beautiful bathroom and a view to the street. The service was excellent and great as they arrange for an early morning taxi for us. The area was awesome with the beach close by and great restaurants walking distance. Loved this hotel and short distance from airport. I highly recommend especially if you need an overnight for a flight the next day.

they switched our room to a building that was not a hotel that was far from place we booked. Air Conditioning did not work and it was so hot we couldn't sleep. Communication was non existent. lots of stairs and dingy hallways. Worst place we ever stayed in. We were supposed to receive a breakfast voucher they said they would leave on the table for us...sent us a photo of it that was taken elsewhere pretending it was taken in our unit. Total bait and switch operation.

Staff was very nice and very accommodating. I didn’t know it was on a first floor of a building, it was last minute and didn’t see the notes. It’s a charming older style building but no elevator. The front desk did get us help as we had big suitcases to carry up and were super friendly, also told us they had other rooms with elevator in a different property had they known. Front desk did help schedule a departing taxi and pre arranged for driver to help with suitcases which was very thoughtful and also left a bagged breakfast snack since we left before breakfast at 7. The rooms were small but clean and updated. The area was pleasant with many nice restaurants and shops along the river to choose from and great nightlife atmosphere, safe to walk around along the marina. All in all a great experience and would choose again.

Struttura ottima situata in zona centrale a Fiumicino. Degna di nota l’attenzione riservata al cliente (nel nostro caso, in particolare, dovendo lasciare la stanza prima dell’orario della colazione, ci è stato preparato un sacchetto con merendine, succhi di frutta ed una confezione di taralli). L’unica vera pecca (se così la si può definire) è l’assenza dell’ascensore per raggiungere il B&B (che, quanto meno, è posto al primo piano). Infine, curerei un pò di più la pulizia delle camere.
