"as someone who visited hilton head for the first time, i booked this hotel with little to no information about the island and was so happy that i did! great hotel that is in a great location! walkable to so many cute shops! will definitely recommend!"

"This was a great stay for our first time on HHI. The property felt secluded as it is part of a larger residential community. The lobby and rooms were pleasant and comfortable, the food was great everywhere we ate, and the pool area is nice. I also felt the resort was very family friendly. I would note that the adult pool was still under renovation when we were there (late June 2025) even though we were told it would be done by then. It was fine for us since we had kids with us, but the lack of two pools made the main one a bit crowded. In terms of the dining, there is a small patio restaurant adjacent to the pool areas, there's a larger restaurant next to that (where we had the breakfast buffet), and there's a shop/cafe in the lobby. All of which we enjoyed quite a bit. The beach is a pleasant walk through the back of the property, and the beach itself is very wide open and nice. Some minor downsides that aren't significant enough to change my rating: The shower pressure in our room was really weak, and for some odd reason, the shower water was either hot or warm no matter what I did (couldn't cool it down), which was strange since our sink faucet had cold water. Also, the pool water had a bit of an unpleasant taste/odor when I had occasion to notice that. Also, parking can be a bit tight if you get back to the hotel after a certain hour in the evening. But overall, a very enjoyable stay, and I would come back."

"Great location to beach. Resort has 3 pools, including an adult pool and 2 bars! Room was very spacious with mini dining table including dishes and silverware. Every floor had free laundry, best amenity for family beach resort so we didn't have to rewaer wet bathing suits. Staff was outstanding. Only 1 elevator was working. There were 2 fire pits and plentiful rocking chairs. Smore kit was pricey at $20 for the box...but if you plan well Krogers is down the street and you can buy everything for quarter of the price. Overall, very family friendly resort."

"Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The property itself is beautifully maintained and very inviting. The only downside was that the outdoor pools were closed during our stay. Since we were only there for one night, that was a very disappointing. "
