"It was ok, room was clean and breakfast was good. I thought they have a restaurant but no, tap water in the sink takes a while to warm up. Paul was a lovely host. "

"For £41 I had a very clean room, comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. I left before breakfast so can't comment on that but I did have my supper at the Lamb & Flag - same management - and it was excellent, a nice pub, very good food and superb Wye Valley Brewery beer. It doesn't pretend to be 5 star accommodation but as a place to stay on business it was very cheap and I feel I received more than my money's-worth. Very good."

"A great place for an overnight stay whilst exploring the elan valley. Clean and comfortable bed plenty of hot water. A lovely evening meal at a good price. Being a lovely sunny weekend the pub was busy and there was a little noise outside but nothing that stopped you sleeping "

"Really lovely Inn full of character. Lovely staff and easy check in. Room was clean, comfortable and lots of character. Right in the middle of Rhayader so a nice walk in the evening. Would stay again and recommend 😃"

"Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. "
