"Bernini Palace is an impeccably appointed hotel located two minutes from the Piazza del Signoria and the Bargello. In the nearby square are several cafes and on side streets nearby there some excellent restaurants. The hotel's staff is very helpful and always there to assist you. The breakfast room is stunning. I have only one negative: we booked a "classic room," the least expensive room in the hotel. For a five-star hotel, the room was small, not what you would expect in a hotel of this class. But, this did not take away from our experience, and the hotel is highly recommended."

"We stayed at a room with a balcony and the view was actually amazing. The breakfast is basic but good. The service is good too as I asked them for help to print something and it was so quick and easy. What I love is the location as it is 2 mins away from the train station. We were there for New Year and we get to see the city's fireworks from the balcony. However, this hotel does not provide a kettle nor a fridge so if you do need them, you might be able to ask the staff for help. There is a vending machine just near the lift if you do need a drink. This hotel is also near a lot of shops and there is a tram just in front of the hotel that goes straight to the city centre. "
