"This is new hotel so the property and upkeep are superb. Only problem is there isn’t enough staff for daily room cleaning. They were more than willing to send cleaning staff if you call and request it. Also the pool was very nice just no hot tub. Other amenities like bar and breakfast/common areas were great."

"The staff are professional and friendly. The transport from this hotel to Back Bay is a bit taxing with a bus and train combo which takes about one hour each way. "Overall a nice hotel and easy to commute to, just disappointed by the pool, it is not kid friendly for younger children, there was only a small portion that we could utilize as it then dropped off to 5 and then 6 feet deep and had to try and keep our kids from going past the small area that they couldn’t even really move around in. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices and rooms were a decent size."

The hotel was currently under construction when we stayed and the suite we were in was so new, some of the furniture hadn’t even been delivered yet…we went without a couch or lounge char for the entire stay.
