"Staff at reception gave us a room which was not cleaned (2 night stay in August'19). After speaking to the duty manager this issue was resolved appropriately. Furthermore the location is located a bit off central sightseeing however the property is clean and luxurious. Situated near the metro, just a few minutes walking. Despite the big error made, I still recommend this property."

"I liked the atmosphere, the good and/or excellent service of the staff. Even though the skills of the english language were limited by some of the staff the smile and kindness made up for it. Nice memories for the journey of life."
