King sized bed and duvet were super comfortable. Amazing Bund view but be noted it's towards the North Bund, not the old Bund. Staff were efficient, I had a small issue with the bath tub and a technician arrived at my room door for fixing within a couple minutes. Staff at the lounge were kind and attentive. Good quality food and beverage....

"If you are attending any tradeshow at the tradeshow Centre across from the Himalayas, this hotel is ideal. Not only are the staff friendly and welcoming, the service is good, the food is good and the rooms are nice and clean. If you don’t speak Mandarin the staff are accommodating and friendly and will find a member of the staff to communicate with you in a friendly manner. I was never frustrated or left without anything. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that they couldn't find our reservation made through a worldwide third-party travel site.
