"Check in was a breeze and the staff who helped me was wonderful. It was a busy time in the hotel, due to the Guangzhou Conference, the staff noted my request in english for a room with a view ( my mum has mobility issues, and would be spending more time in the room). "Pros: The hotel was newly renovated. Room is very clean. All staff were super friendly and attentive. Cons: Our room’s aircon was not working most of the time so the room could get quite stuffy.
