"When arriving at Shanghai Pudong Airport, it's my favourite place to stay before moving onwards. Convenient access to the Metro system from Pudong airport and into the rest of the city, and right next to the Century Park."

"Only stayed for one night during our layover. The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that they couldn't find our reservation made through a worldwide third-party travel site. We had to wait too long around 22:00 for them to find it even though I provided confirmation of booking through my app. When you've flown quite a bit and are tired it's not ok to make people wait like this. "Stayed in many hotels during my 2 weeks around China and this was the only one with obvious "classical luxury" vibe from overall design to the small amenities. King sized bed and duvet were super comfortable. Amazing Bund view but be noted it's towards the North Bund, not the old Bund. Staff were efficient, I had a small issue with the bath tub and a technician arrived at my room door for fixing within a couple minutes. Staff at the lounge were kind and attentive. Good quality food and beverage....
