"A wonderfully kept Inn, with an amazing friendly Innkeeper. Beautifully furnished, freshly baked scones served directly to your room, top of line coffees and teas available. Quiet, convenient parking, with short walk to everything Provincetown has to offer. The rooms were A+ with fireplaces and pillow top mattresses. Super clean and tidy. I would absolutely reserve again! "

"We've stayed at this property before. We love the place. Even in winter. Easy walk to Commercial Street. Parking is a challenge. Additional parking is available across the street."

"The property location is amazing! We live localy so was kinda a quick getway, but i would not stay in high season for $500 a night. It was clean but dated, there were signs stating charges for towels left on floor and various one offs.It was a great deal and convient for what we needed. I would recommend this place to friends. "

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Provincetown! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff kept in touch with me throughout my stay, which made everything even better. One big plus was the parking — definitely reserve your spot early as space is limited. Clint, one of the team members, was fantastic! Each evening, he would let me know what was on the breakfast menu, and I could either have it delivered to my room or...

"Lovely room - it was a quiet weekend and they upgraded me to a larger room without any request from me. I loved the detached breakfast room, open 24/7. I had to leave very early, and it was a pleasure to stop by before sunrise for coffee and fresh muffins, with Louis Armstrong playing softly in the background. "
