"This is a very comfortable hotel. It was clean, if a little tattered (walls and chair needed painting and there was some visible mold in the shower stall). Otherwise, I would highly recommend it. "
"Very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the P'town Inn. Great location for access to the beach and not too far from the main part of Commercial. Staff were super friendly and the coffee is great!"
"comfortable bed. breakfast was nice but eggs would be a welcome addition as a protein option. not much storage in my room. one closet which was enough but no drawers. coffee, water, seltzer and tea all day is nice. "
"Decent free morning food—wouldn’t quite call it Breakfast, but it does fill a void & is quite fine for being gratis.
Great location, pool is fine for a dip to cool off or hang poolside."
"Waterford has always been my PTown go-to when traveling via ferry from Boston! David especially at Waterford is accommodating and responds to any concerns quickly without hesitation. "
"I couldn't recommend this property more highly - the location is extremely convenient and fairly central, but somehow (at least with a room facing the harbor), I never heard ANY noise from the outside! The owner is friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth (and don't get me started on his adorable dog), and the cleaning staff are friendly and thorough. Breakfast choices were basic but 100% satisfied my breakfast needs and the coffee was great. It was also so pleasant to relax over breakfast on the porch watching the world go by. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for clothes, etc. Having a tiny balcony over looking the water was a special touch. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.
The one downside I would note was the very strong mildew smell in the room - but honestly I think this is something that you almost can't avoid in a B&B that's in a classic older building and right on the water, and it didn't bother me too much. I would stay here again in a heartbeat - and in fact, I plan to!"
"Our favorite place. We never miss it. We love the beach front, the pool, the deck/patio and the fire pit. Huge free parking lot is very convenient. Walkable to all dining options but located in a quiet part of Ptown. Very dog friendly!!"
