"We stayed at this property and tried to communicate with the property management several times with no response. The room was in poor condition. The door appeared to be kicked in tiles were missing. There was broken glass in the room when we checked in. Was definitely not worth the money that we paid as it was equivalent to a Holiday Inn in America."

They gave you two trash bags and half a roll of paper towels, which doesn’t last for a longer stay. Nothing stocked like salt and pepper. We were not informed that construction was going on, so not only could I not sleep due to the uncomfortable and incredibly loud squeaky bed, but I was woken at 5 am from the construction and dust falling into my eyes from the ceiling. "We never got to stay in Rocky Point suites 2 we somehow got put in suites 1 which were very disappointing. I choose suite 2 due to reviews on #1 and the pictures. The only good I can say was the bed was comfortable and the location is amazing. But we had a sewage leak that dropped on me in the kitchen from the master bath above and the furniture and kitchen items are very low quality, the foyer and utility room smelled of gas, the fridge was from a low end trailer home, the grill was trashed...

"Rooms were clean. The beds were comfy. I like that you can use the Mayan resort facilities if you are staying at Kivoya. I was very disappointed that the villa didn't have a working pool, grill, washer and dryer. The wifi was terrible and one of the ceiling lights had a loose cover which was making loud noises while everyone was trying to sleep. For the price I paid I expect everything to be working. "
