"We stayed at this property and tried to communicate with the property management several times with no response. The room was in poor condition. The door appeared to be kicked in tiles were missing. "We never got to stay in Rocky Point suites 2 we somehow got put in suites 1 which were very disappointing. I choose suite 2 due to reviews on #1 and the pictures. The only good I can say was the bed was comfortable and the location is amazing. "Rooms were clean. The beds were comfy. I like that you can use the Mayan resort facilities if you are staying at Kivoya. I was very disappointed that the villa didn't have a working pool, grill, washer and dryer. The wifi was terrible and one of the ceiling lights had a loose cover which was making loud noises while everyone was trying to sleep. For the price I paid I expect everything to be working. "
