"We booked this for our last night of vacation because it looked beautiful in the pictures online. It did not disappoint in person. The staff were so helpful and welcoming at the front desk. "Excellent place to stay. We extended by one night. Clean and comfortable with street parking. Front desk staff were very helpful. My only concern is the 150 euro bond money has not been returned to my card yet. It has been six days since we checked out and have sent two messages to the hotel but not received any response. Our stay was very good and the kitchen let us have home cooked meals. Apart from the return of bond money would recommend this hotel."

"We booked the room for an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. The room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle to the airport was on time and cheap. Make sure you have cash for the shuttle as they do not accept cards."

"It's great. Close to airport. There is a shuttle but you have to walk around 5 mins to take it. It's close and you can see the shuttle's stop from the hotel. Not sure why the shuttle doesn't go to the hotel since it's 200 meters far."

"The chateau was a perfect chilled relaxing retreat but still within commutable distance to Paris centre and ideally within 30 mins via taxi from CDG airport. The surroundings and atmosphere within the hotel were perfect We will be returning! Highly recommend! "

"After four days in Paris it was dreamy to take a quick 25 min train ride to Chantilly and stay here. My fiance and I got engaged the night before we stayed here & it was so special to celebrate it here. The staff was great, the room was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the pool and sauna as well, it was nice how late the pool and sauna were open too (10pm). "
