The Reception staff were very friendly & helpful, all of them spoke English to a good level. The rooms were made up promptly & to a high standard. There was some external noise in the morning caused by building work which was annoying but not the Hotel's fault. Once the works are completed the Hotel will have no issues. I fully recommend it.

A solid stay - clean, comfortable and modern. The location is close enough to the city and parking at the underground parking was simple and affordable, but the area is currently undergoing a lot of building work. This didn’t disrupt our stay but wasn’t very picturesque (unlike Amiens, which was beautiful).

Great location (around 10 minutes walk from central) and good price. Liked that they had free filtered water in reception, was nice to be able to refill water bottles. Also there's a little outdoor seating area (part of the restaurant area that's only open for breakfast) which was a nice place to sit with a bottle of wine in the evening Slight negatives - bath towels very small and thin, with no hand towels provided. Shower temperature varied quite a lot and water pressure was on the low side. Rooms are small and quite sparse. However for the price you can't really expect much more

The rooms was modern, clean and comfortable. Reception staff didn’t seem to helpful supporting on solutions to securely park a couple of motorcycles out of the way so had to use multiple locks, however, I should have checked this out first before booking! Other than that, it’s walking distance (15 mins) to town centre.

I booked 3 rooms for the nights of 28 May and 10 June. The night of 28 May was fine and the hotel was adequate for our needs. However, on arrival on 10 June after being on the road for 9 hours, the hotel had no notification of our booking. They were able to find us one room and another 2 rooms in the nearby Moxy hotel 400m away. This caused us a great deal of inconvenience and hassle which we did not need at he end of a very long journey. It appears that the hotel had not been informed by yourselves of our booking which had been made several months ago. This level of service from yourselves is quite unacceptable.

When I booked this hotel, I knew it was a budget hotel. I mean, it says that right in the name: Ibis Budget. However, I guess I wasn't mentally prepared for it to be a BUDGET hotel. Thus, I should review this place based on what it is, not what I thought it was going to be. My room was very clean and relatively quiet (there's construction going on across the street, which is completely out of anyone's control). Everything in the room is very minimal. There are no hand towels in the bathroom, no tissues (just toilet paper), and no closet (just six hangers on the wall). Basically, you get the essentials but that's it. Nothing more, but nothing less. Could there be more conveniences offered? Sure, but remember that this is a budget hotel, so for what it is, this place is very nice. The bed was comfortable enough, my room was spacious enough, and they offer carafes of filtered water that you can take to your room. And they have good (and free) wifi service. This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Gare d'Amiens and the center of the city. It's not far at all, but it can feel like a bit of a hike if you have luggage with you. One thing that sets this place apart, however, is the terrific service. All the workers I encountered working at the front desk have all been very friendly and wonderfully helpful. The staff here really need to be recognized for their work.
