"I'm very tolerant of ratty old hotels but this crossed some lines for me. The first room I was placed in was covered on cobwebs and holes in the ceiling tiles and walls. Ontop of that there was no running water. The family was helpful trying to fix it but eventually moved me to a different room. This one stunk horrendously of sewage. I refused to stay in it so they moved me to a 3rd and it had black mold in the corner on the ceiling and wall. It was late so I dealt with it at possible detriment...

"This hotel was AWESOME! The service was great and the food was delicious. I highly, highly recommend a stay here as the employees are very welcoming and do their best to meet your needs. The rooms are upscale and it truly felt like I was staying at a place that cost more money. The pool was also a very nice temperature and we were only here one night but would have gladly stayed more if we were doing more in the area. "

"Clean space with amenities in line with the price/as advertised. To be fair, this is one of the better lodging options near the airport. However, this hotel was far away from any dining/convenience store, and delivery was pretty much not available after 7pm. There were also no GrabTaxi available in the morning, but this is apparently normal and the hotel staff offered to drive us. "The good thing was that it is new. Other than that there was not much positive things. I understand it is a three star and don’t expect 5 star service but the staff does not try at all.
