"The photos are deceiving, it is a truck stop. It was going to be okay but after getting food from the 7/11 there was a swarm of ants carrying a larger bug towards the patio door. "Clean space with amenities in line with the price/as advertised. To be fair, this is one of the better lodging options near the airport. However, this hotel was far away from any dining/convenience store, and delivery was pretty much not available after 7pm. There were also no GrabTaxi available in the morning, but this is apparently normal and the hotel staff offered to drive us. "Individual chalets with adjacent car port, suggesting this is more motel than hotel. Certainly not a 'resort'. Close to the airport but miles from anything else, just getting food delivered can be challenging. I'm sure the bed used to be a concrete tunnel support, the hardest mattress I've ever not been able to sleep on. Reception staff excellent, as is usual in Thailand."

"I'm very tolerant of ratty old hotels but this crossed some lines for me. The first room I was placed in was covered on cobwebs and holes in the ceiling tiles and walls. Ontop of that there was no running water. The family was helpful trying to fix it but eventually moved me to a different room. This one stunk horrendously of sewage. I refused to stay in it so they moved me to a 3rd and it had black mold in the corner on the ceiling and wall. It was late so I dealt with it at possible detriment...
