"The property itself is amazing. The location is incredible up on top of the hill surrounded on three sides and up a long winding road. I booked one of the wellness packages at the spa and was in the spa everyday. The spa treatments are also very secluded and it adds to the relaxation. It's a place to heal and recover more than to socialize. More relaxing than any other spa I've ever been in. I highly recommend one of the wellness packages.I had spine problems since 14 y.o. Hundreds of massages. Ed is the best. I stayed there twice: once in a bungalow and once in a room attached to the spa. Both are incredible; some of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in I stayed in. Both rooms I stayed in were pristine. Not a fleck of dust in the whole place. Beautiful layouts, and lighting, quality furniture, high ceilings, breathtaking balcony views. As good as all that sounds, I'm burying the lead. The staff are incredible from the people sweeping the path right to the head of the spa these were some of the best people I've ever met. I don't know how they assembled such a great team. Never seen anything like it in any hotel ever. I'm from the opposite side of the world but going there for my second time I felt more at home than I do in my own bed. If you're considering one of their wellness programs, do it. Don't hesitate. It changed my life. Dr harshana and Kampon, the consultants I met, are saints. It was truly a privilege to meet them. "Everything was great except the shuttle driver, he was so rude and showed inappropriate behavior, I was about to shout at him the way he treated and my wife. We were walking to the shuttle stop he horned at us, rudely gave a gesture to get on the car and abused us in local language. Ruined our whole wonderful stay at hotel "

"Had a wonderful time. It was a last minute booking and it really paid off. Very quiet, helpful and friendly staff, right on the beach, and there was a very cute resident cat that liked to cuddle. The beach was very nice and private. A couple of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We did take a car to get to most of the shopping, but there were definitely shops in walking distance. There is also a waterfall about a mile away, which was absolutely stunning. Everything was clean and beautiful. Would stay again."

"If you need quiet and just want to spend time with your spouse sir panwa is the place for you but if you looking for the party lifestyle this isn't the place for you. My wife and I enjoyed our stay but everything on the resort closes at 8pm. Also the resort is 30mins for everything and it cheaper taken cap we download the bolt app for cheap cap ride. "
