"Fabulous quality hotel. Our room was overlooking the beach with a spacious balcony and a large hot tub. Food in the restaurant was amazing, with breakfast a treat by the lovely pool. "

"We stayed in February 2025 and enjoyed our stay immensely. The water park is a bit run down but our child had a great time at it. The airplane viewing point was also very cool. We were there for three days which was enough time for us. The food was OK but we preferred to eat just off resort in the few local restaurants that surrounded the area. Overall it was a great location. "

"I love the club suites at Amari. We are returning guests and have never stayed in the two bedroom balcony suite and this time we did. I have no regrets staying here with my family as it was just excellent. Comfortable beds and apartment with amazing breakfast (the best we have had in Phuket) at club Pakarang. The staff at the club are fantastic and we also received very good service at the rest of the hotel. I would return here again and recommend this hotel for families or couples as it is...

"Great location close to the airport. Rooms were exceptionally tidy and clean. Pool was well kept and refreshing when we arrived late after our long flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle service to and from airport were an added bonus! "

"I would the only thing that I found hard was knowing what is halal and what isn’t so for customers who are Muslims it came across very hard to find halal food. I had to keep repeating ask the staff if what I wanted was halal or not that is the only thing I would rate the service 3/5 for everything eles is beautiful the staff were friendly and the place was beautiful I can’t complain "

"Man skal lige selv have styr på transport til lufthavnen, da de ikke kan/vil hjælpe med at få fat i en taxa. Meget dyr restaurant på stedet. Ligger i et lidt kedeligt område, men trafikken generer ikke på hotellet."

"Amazing location and facilities. It was walking distance to many food places and shopping. Room was relatively clean and truth to the beach view. Certain staff paid attention to other guest differently, especially those over the check in desk, and it’s not professional. Ultimately, I will be back again. "
