"The Hotel is very good and staff are wonderful. The beach is small, but good water to swim in. Easy to walk to market etc. Hotel chose a coffee machine with pods and they would only supply enough for 2 cups each. and refused more? That should change"

"The rooms were nice and clean as was the hotel in general. I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere. Good location for covering all the different things to see in phu quoc. Hotel is nice and grounds beautiful just not sure it’s good value compared to other...

"Beautiful beach front resort which actually looked just like the photos. Great ocean view from the room with a balcony. Everything was very clean and seemed new. The staff were kind and professional. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool. Daily breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The free shuttle to and from the airport was extremely convenient. "

"Rustic, full of flowers and plants. I was first very concerned about mosquitos since the rustic design leaving the room not sealed from the environment. Surprisingly I did not get a single bite during the stay. Maybe it was not the mosquito season. I wish they have a bed turn down service at the evening. However, I did get food poisoning at its restaurant. The rice they served that time should never has passed the kitchen, which hopefully will be done better in the future. "

"This is quite simply the best hotel on the island. The staff go above and beyond. Sam who leads the team really knows what makes a perfect stay. The hotel is nestled away in a busy area but it has this wonderful calming tranquil vibe. It's also spacious, from dining to the beach it's all laid out so it's very private. "Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay! "
